Melody,
I just wanted to let you know how wonderful you and your staff were to me! The week of my wedding, my husband and I were also moving. It was extremely stressful.
My in-laws came a few days early to help us move. Somehow, my father-in-law accidentally threw away my veil and the wrapping it was in and replaced the box with random house items. He must not have seen or felt the veil. I didn't realize this had happened until the day before the wedding when I was gathering all my things together. I was frantically tearing apart my house looking for it since it was such an important piece to my look.
Once I found the box and realized what must have happened, I called your store. Luckily, someone was there (she was actually about to leave) and found a similar piece in your stock and sent it overnight for me. She saved the day! I feel terrible I don't remember her name, so sorry. But I wanted you to know how thankful I am to you and your staff. The veil was perfect!
