I wanted to send you and your staff an email to thank you for the easiness and exceptional customer service you provided to me via email and over the phone. I purchased a feather fascinator from you a few months back for my October wedding and although I had my reservations about ordering it online, I was truly amazed when I received it. I had been looking for a similar fascinator in my area but I couldn’t find one that fit my style.  I wanted a flower I could wear in my hair along with my veil and although everyone recommended I not do both, I felt that it complimented my gown and what I envisioned as the perfect hair accessory and it was all I had hoped for.
